  26.   I did hear someone complain loudly about them once, however I've never had
  27. any troubles with them the three times that I've used them. They even
  28. warned me once that I didn't need to pay for special rush 2nd day shipping
  29. even during the holiday rush because the UPS route that would go from their
  30. to my place was always speedy. I was a bit wary, yeah they were
  31. close, but it was the holiday rush and I hadn't even called all that early in
  32. the day. As it turned out, it actually ended up arriving overnight.
