- I did hear someone complain loudly about them once, however I've never had
- any troubles with them the three times that I've used them. They even
- warned me once that I didn't need to pay for special rush 2nd day shipping
- even during the holiday rush because the UPS route that would go from their
- to my place was always speedy. I was a bit wary, yeah they were
- close, but it was the holiday rush and I hadn't even called all that early in
- the day. As it turned out, it actually ended up arriving overnight.
